Dermatopathology


Dermatopathology is a combination of dermatology and pathology and surgical pathology to a lesser degree that concentrates on the examination of cutaneous defilements at a moment and sub-atomic level. It also includes examinations of the potential reasons for skin illnesses at a fundamental level. Dermatopathologists work in close relationship with clinical dermatologists. This process reveals the histology of the disease therefore resulting in a specific diagnostic interpretation.
